Some developer incentive programs and token distribution schemes deserve serious questioning. It's worth scrutinizing models where devs get handed tokens easily, and equally worth examining who benefits most from these arrangements. Not all reward structures align with actual ecosystem building.

ngl that's why so many projects end up abandoned... handing the tokens over to developers, and then what? Actually building an ecosystem is rare.

NGL dev incentives are indeed a bit messy. Many projects just dump tokens at low prices to developers, claiming it's for ecosystem development... We should be cautious about power being concentrated in the hands of a few.

NGL dev tokenomics is really a joke; anyone can get a free share... Projects that truly want to build an ecosystem have already failed.

ngl this is just giving it away for free, the developer incentives have turned into a token airdrop event, and those actually building the ecosystem are the ones missing out... who cares about actual value, right?

ngl dev incentive programs are just wealth concentration with extra steps, most of these schemes literally just funneled tokens to connected people lol

NGL, this is why so many projects rise and then die. When tokens are given for free to developers, who still takes coding seriously... The truly sustainable projects have token models that can withstand scrutiny.

Nah, this is the most heartbreaking... Devs taking tokens is like giving skins in a game, but in the end, the ecosystem still ends up abandoned 💀

NGL, the dev incentives are indeed chaotic, with many just holding tokens without contributing...
