Today I almost had the idea of developing a new coin... but in the end, I gave up. In this circle, it seems that only those developers who do everything are appreciated—investing all resources, bearing all risks, and willingly not making money. This situation is somewhat ironic: the more developers who are truly on the front lines, working diligently to build the ecosystem, the more they are taken for granted. Meanwhile, expectations for their contributions are not matched with appropriate economic incentives. Such an environment has indeed discouraged many talented developers from entering the industry.
