Privacy Cash handles deposits and withdrawals through zero-knowledge proofs, and this cryptographic scheme is solid. Depositing into the privacy pool? It's private. Withdrawing? Also private.
Where's the problem? The swap operation occurs on Jupiter—which is a publicly transparent on-chain DEX. In other words, privacy protection is in place at both ends, but the intermediate step is exposed on the chain.

Ha, a typical barrel effect—completely sealed at both ends with a sieve leaking in the middle.

Let me complain first, this is a typical case of "wearing a privacy hat and running naked in the open market." Both the frontend and backend are putting on a show, but a single Jupiter swap exposes everything.
On-chain data will remember everything about you, so what?
Accessing privacy is indeed fine, but opponents only need to monitor Jupiter's large USDC/SPL inflows and outflows to reverse track you. This privacy is essentially non-existent. Fund flows cannot be hidden at all.
This is the kind of situation where "we have zero-knowledge proofs" is loudly proclaimed, but in the end, it still cannot escape the fate of on-chain analysis... I've seen too many projects deceive like this.

Privacy pools matryoshka dolls - poke through the middle layers and it falls apart. Isn't this just like sleeping with the windows open in a newly renovated house?

Isn't this just paper-thin privacy, completely exposed in the middle?

This is just outrageous. Privacy is perfect at the front and back, but in the middle, it's completely exposed on the DEX. What kind of privacy is that?

It's a typical Schrödinger privacy—encrypted at the front and encrypted at the back, but that one moment in the middle is fully exposed.

Wow, this is a classic case of "wearing an invisibility cloak to the public bath," completely covered up front and back, but still exposed in the middle.
