The accounts receivable problem for small and medium-sized enterprises has always been a tough nut to crack—long payment cycles, high financing costs, and complex trust verification. There is a project aiming to break through using privacy-compliant technology.

The core idea is this: turn the core enterprise’s accounts receivable into on-chain tokens through confidential and secure contracts. upstream suppliers can directly pledge for financing or transfer, eliminating the need to wait for the lengthy payment cycle. Oracles synchronize payment progress and enterprise credit data in real-time, ensuring that the token value remains always linked to the real assets. Zero-trust custody solutions are responsible for protecting the security of financing funds, and the risk control costs for financial institutions can also be significantly reduced.

Compared to traditional supply chain finance platforms? The advantages are quite obvious. Decentralized trust transfer means no reliance on endorsement from a particular core enterprise or financial institution. The immutable nature of blockchain naturally provides data security. More importantly— all sensitive business information is encrypted and stored, preventing leakage of trade secrets.

The current solution has entered the pilot stage. In the future, there are plans to connect with green assets and security tokenization, building a compliant financing system covering the entire lifecycle for small and medium-sized enterprises, further expanding the boundaries of the RWA ecosystem.

It's another on-chain tokenized supply chain finance. They all seem similar. What's truly implemented?

Sounds good, but can accounts receivable tokenization really reassure small and medium-sized business owners? I always feel the risks are hidden quite deep.

Wait, can this system really solve the problem of bad debts in accounts receivable? It still feels like the oracle data source is a black box.

Another solution for accounts receivable, sounds good, but can these on-chain tokens truly be fully linked to real assets? Oracles say synchronize and it will synchronize. Who bears the risk?
