Second, as a privacy coin, Monero's transaction records have inherent privacy protection mechanisms. Relying solely on screenshot evidence cannot effectively verify the flow of funds and actual losses, posing fundamental challenges for technical verification.

Third, the support materials related to the account contain incomplete information, further complicating independent verification.

Until more sufficient evidence and formal support tickets are obtained, we cannot make a final confirmation on this incident.
