Building your entire operation on someone else's API? That's a precarious position. When third-party access becomes your sole lifeline, you're essentially betting against the house controlling it.

Look at InfoFi, Kaito, Xeet, Cookie—all riding on borrowed infrastructure. The moment the plug gets pulled or access gets restricted, these platforms crumble. That's not a business model; that's a vulnerability masquerading as strategy.

Sustainable projects need sovereignty over their core infrastructure. Anything less is just renting a house you'll never own.

I really don't understand why some teams still gamble like this... Just changing a parameter in an API and the project is gone.

To be honest, these projects are really playing with fire. Relying on someone else's API is like using someone else's knife as a weapon, and you could stab yourself at any moment.

It has been proven that the technical architecture of these projects is a ticking time bomb... Relying on third-party APIs is like entrusting your fate to others; a crash is only a matter of time.

Bro, that's a bit too harsh. Those platforms will eventually crash sooner or later.

Haha, that's why I never all-in on a single platform's token. Too many projects are just slaves to the API.

Relying on someone else's API to survive, sooner or later you'll get bottlenecked.
