Bitcoin Spot ETF Net Outflow of $486 Million in a Single Day, Fidelity FBTC Leads Outflows
On January 7th, Eastern Time, the Bitcoin spot ETF experienced a total net outflow of $486 million in a single day.
Among them, Fidelity FBTC had a net outflow of $248 million, ranking first, while BlackRock IBIT had a net outflow of $130 million.
Generally speaking, net outflows = increased selling pressure leading to short-term corrections, which can amplify volatility to some extent.
As of now, the total net asset value of Bitcoin spot ETFs is $118.364 billion, with a cumulative net inflow of $57.052 billion, accounting for 6.51% of the total BTC market capitalization.
