#Strategy加码BTC配置 From chasing gains and fearing losses to rule enforcement

Many traders start in this vicious cycle—staring at the charts every day, tangled in doubts: "Will this wave go up? Will that wave go down? How will the market move next month?" Asking themselves repeatedly, guessing over and over, ultimately ending up with a complete loss.

It was only later that I fully understood one thing: how the market moves is, in essence, beyond your control. The only thing you can control is your own reactions.

The true trading logic is actually very simple—it's not about who guesses more accurately, but about who executes more decisively.

**Set rules → Strictly follow them → Repeat and iterate**

Establish clear trading rules for yourself. No matter how the market fluctuates—whether it rises or falls—stick to the plan. What's the benefit of doing this? Your psychological burden is halved. No need to predict the future every day, no need to panic over sudden market moves. You only need to focus on one thing: does this strategy capture the profit part of the market that belongs to me?

The ups and downs of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and even various altcoins become data points to validate your strategy. Your attention shifts completely from "Will the market go up?" to "How do I need to optimize my strategy?"

This is where traders should truly focus their energy.

You're right, watching the market obsessively until bald still results in losses... Discipline is still necessary.

That's right, constantly watching the market for ups and downs really just wears you out. It's better to focus on refining your strategy.

Well said, execution is the key. Compared to guessing every day, it's better to honestly follow the rules.

You're right, it's about execution, not prediction. Prediction is really a waste of time.

To be honest, execution is indeed the core, but most people just can't do it. I myself am the same way—set the rules one day and start changing them the next...

That's right, but the only concern is that it's easy to agree in words but hard to follow through. I've seen too many people verbally agree to follow the rules, only to turn into gamblers as soon as the market opens.

Exactly right, it's all about execution! Predicting the market every day was really exhausting. Now I follow the strategy directly, and my mindset is so much more comfortable.
