I just read the Builder Newsletter "Builder's Block #006" and I think more people should see this.
Privacy is no longer optional. ZK, FHE and encrypted smart contracts were front and center at Devconnect, together with cross chain interoperability, AI and governance.
The ArbiVerse sessions at Devconnect packed serious technical depth. Topics ranged from @arbitrum Everywhere strategy to Stylus adoption challenges to Timeboost mechanics.
Highlights for me:
- ArbiVerse sessions on Arbitrum Everywhere, Stylus integration, Timeboost and custom Arbitrum Chains with timestamps for each talk
- A privacy open space hosted by Arbitrum covering FHE, MPC and compliant use cases in gaming, payments and insurance
- New ecosystem launches like Curvy v2 for private fund management, Symphony x402 payments going cross chain, Allora bringing onchain ML to Arbitrum
- Builder tools including the Arbitrum Bridge Plugin for embedded cross chain UX and Scaffold-ETH support for faster L2 prototyping
Ed Felten also opened a forum discussion on multi-constraint L2 pricing models. Worth reading if you're thinking about infrastructure economics.
If you're a builder, the signals are clear. Focus on privacy tech, cross chain design and AI driven flows on Arbitrum, I think this newsletter gives you strong signals on where to focus next.
