Many people think the problem with AI is "Computing Power is insufficient."

In fact, if you really have worked on models, you would know that the high cost of GPUs is just a surface issue; the real bottleneck lies in the data.

No matter how fast your computing power is, you need data to compute.
And now 90% of the data in the world is locked in systems: corporate servers, research laboratories, platform databases...
AI can only train on that 10% of "public samples" that have been cleaned, duplicated, and abused.
It's not that it's not smart, it's just been fed nonsense.

What Irys does is break down this wall.
It allows data to be authorized, called, and also brings verification on-chain.
This means:

Data has become "visible" for the first time, and AI is no longer limited to public datasets;

The model can directly access on-chain information without relying on intermediaries;

The source of each piece of data can be traced, so there is no fear of forgery.

This step seems to be just infrastructure,
But it actually opens the "eyes" of AI - allowing machines to truly understand the world for the first time.

Computing Power enables AI to think,
Irys lets it know what to think.

When data can flow freely, the boundaries of AI will truly be expanded.
This is the meaning of Irys: not to chase the trends, but to rewrite the underlying reality of AI.
