Dora's factory received 10 million "greens" to expand the empire

Yesterday I found out that this Dora and her "factory" snagged as much as 10 million bucks from the fat cats of the crypto industry. They say it's "strategic funding," but in my opinion, it's just another reshuffle of influence in the world of decentralized governance.

PANews reports that funds have been allocated by Nomad Capital, No Limit Holdings, some Chinese from Yunjiu Capital, the Singaporean UVM Signum Blockchain Fund, and other guys with catchy names. Even Eigenlayer co-founder Calvin Liu got in on it. Is it possible that profit is in the air?

Dora herself praises her "breakthrough" technologies: here you have Dora Vota on Cosmos SDK, and anonymous voting aMACI, and "multi-chain quadratic funding" - a set of smart words that hides a banal desire to control the distribution of money in the ecosystem.

Personally, I am annoyed by all this fuss around "public goods" and "decentralized governance." Another attempt to neatly package the old good control over finances. Ten million is not just like that. Someone is clearly counting on a good profit.

And what is really interesting - where will these millions go? For "long-term strategic expansion"? Sounds like "we don't really know, but we'll take the money". A typical story for crypto - first the money, then we'll figure it out.
