The Shiba Inu team completed the audit of the LEASH V2 contract and migrator.
They reaffirm that migration will use a ratio model:
R = \frac{S_0}{S_1}
Rebases on V1 are still active and complicate things. The team is using targeted snapshots for specific cases (especially liquidity pools in Uniswap V3 / ShibaSwap V2) to ensure fair accounting.
They’ve confirmed the token design: minimal ERC-20 with features like ERC20Permit and ERC20Burnable, no rebase, and the migrator cannot mint new tokens.
They also noted that some exchanges, including Gate.io, have been “diligent and helpful” in integration planning.
The next posts are expected to include the official migration portal, contract addresses, and launch details.
Several crypto news outlets now say migration will launch “within days.”

Exact snapshot supply is not publicly confirmed.
Exact timing (date/time) for Phase 1 / migration opening hasn’t been set publicly.
Which exchanges will support automatic swap for all users is not fully confirmed. Some are in talks, but not every exchange has committed.
The official contract address for LEASH V2 has not yet been released for public verification.
How “targeted snapshot adjustments” will work in detail for V3 / V2 LPs is not fully explained.
