Starknet network resumes operation, some transactions need to be resubmitted.
On September 2, Starknet announced that the network has resumed operation and is fully operational. Block production has returned to normal. Most RPC providers have resumed normal operations, and the remaining providers will upgrade soon.
To restore the service, transactions submitted between 2:23 and 4:36 UTC will not be processed. Reorganization starting from Block 1960612 has been submitted, representing one hour of activity. All transactions from this block will not appear on the chain and need to be resubmitted.
The team will conduct a detailed review next, including a complete timeline, root causes, and long-term preventive measures.
