On August 18, on-chain detective ZachXBT posted that the engineer of WhiteRock Finance, rumored to have "died in a missile attack," is still active on GitHub and Trello platform, sarcastically stating that "it seems he has risen from the dead, a miracle indeed."
According to previous reports, Ildar Ilham, the founder of WhiteRock Finance, was arrested in the UAE on suspicion of committing a $30 million fraud through ZKasino.
