The U.S. National Crypto Assets Association establishes its first advisory committee, joining leaders in financial regulatory education.

[Coin World] According to reports, the National Crypto Assets Association (NCA) of the United States has announced the establishment of its first Advisory Council. The newly appointed members of the Advisory Council come from outstanding leaders in the fields of finance, regulation, and education, who will leverage their extensive experience to guide the organization in achieving its mission and promoting the understanding of Crypto Assets across the nation.

The members of the advisory committee include:

Chris Giancarlo - former chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), author of "CryptoDad - The Fight for the Future of Money" (Wiley 2022)

Jo Ann Barefoot - Co-founder and CEO of the Alliance for Innovative Regulation (AIR), Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School's Center for Business and Government (honorary retired), former partner at KPMG, and member of the FinTech Hall of Fame.

Dr. Campbell Harvey - Professor of Finance at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, Researcher at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), and former President of the American Finance Association.
