After ten years of struggling in the field of Crypto Assets, I have deeply realized the rugged and arduous path. When I first entered the industry, I suffered heavy losses for three consecutive years, with my initial capital of 3 million shrinking to 400,000, a painful experience. The lack of understanding from my family only added to the difficulties. However, I did not give up; instead, I resigned from my job and devoted myself entirely to research. The daily exploration and summarization finally bore fruit, and my account not only returned to profitability but also rose to over 40 million.

Today, I want to share with everyone 11 rules of trading in Crypto Assets that I have accumulated over the years. I hope these experiences can guide newcomers, help you avoid detours, and grow faster on the shoulders of giants. By mastering these principles, you also have the opportunity to achieve a multiplication of your assets.

When it comes to replenishing strategies, many people often have misunderstandings. Replenishment is not simply price averaging, and there are hidden intricacies. For example, if you buy coins worth 10,000 yuan at a price of 10 yuan, and then buy another 10,000 yuan when the price drops to 5 yuan. On the surface, the average cost seems to be 7.5 yuan, but in reality, it is not. The true cost is 6.67 yuan, because the quantity purchased the second time is larger, thus lowering the overall average price. Importantly, although the cost after replenishment is lower than expected, this does not mean you are safe. If it is time to stop loss, you still need to execute decisively.

Many people fantasize about making a stable profit of 1% every day, believing that they can achieve a tenfold rise in a year. Taking an example of a 100,000 principal, if it grows by 1% daily, after 250 trading days, it could theoretically grow to 1.32 million through compound interest. However, reality often disappoints. Traders who can consistently and steadily increase by 1% daily are extremely rare. Most people's trading trajectories are erratic, with perhaps a 5% profit today and a 10% loss tomorrow, ultimately leading to the conclusion of a futile effort. Therefore, self-discipline is more important than mere strategy.

Some people may think that as long as the success rate reaches 60%, they can make a guaranteed profit. Let's analyze this: suppose you make 100 trades, of which 60 are profitable, with a profit of 10% each time, resulting in an overall profit of 60%. However, the remaining 40 trades result in losses, and if each loss is 15%, then the total loss reaches 60%, negating all profits. This example illustrates that controlling losses is equally crucial in trading.

The Crypto Assets market is ever-changing, with opportunities and risks coexisting. Successful trading requires not only keen insight and decisive decision-making abilities but also a firm belief and a continuous learning attitude. I hope these insights can provide valuable inspiration for your trading journey.
