Wu learned that the Singapore MAS stated that the Commercial Affairs Department of the Singapore Police Force is investigating AmazingTech Pte Ltd and its associated companies. ATPL operated the Crypto Assets trading platform Tokenize Xchange under an exemption. MAS received multiple customer complaints alleging that ATPL had latency in processing withdrawals for customers. MAS subsequently found indications that ATPL did not have sufficient assets to meet customer claims and may not have separated its customers' assets from ATPL's assets. When ATPL applied for a major payment institution license, ATPL may have made false statements to MAS regarding the segregation of customer assets.
