A certain encryption trading platform has obtained a MiCA license and can operate in 30 countries.

On June 28, according to reports, a certain encryption trading platform recently obtained the "Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation" (MiCA) license issued by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), allowing it to operate in 30 countries within the European Economic Area. Since the regulatory framework officially came into effect last December, many encryption companies have applied for this license. MiCA was implemented in 2023 and covers the crypto asset regulatory rules for the 27 EU countries as well as Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein.
