CryptoQuant: US entities dominate BTCHoldings, 65% higher than overseas entities
Odaily Planet Daily News CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju said on X that the BTC reserves held by US entities are now 65% higher than those of non-US entities. This ratio divides the known BTC holdings of US entities (including MicroStrategy, ETF, exchange, Miner, and government) by the known BTC holdings of overseas entities. The data shows that the ratio rose from 1.24 in September 2024 to 1.66 on December 16, and as of January 6, the ratio was 1.65. For most of 2023, when the BTC trading price was below $30,000, the data shows that the overseas BTC holdings exceeded those in the United States.
