The statement is as follows: 'As previously stated, we plan to submit this case to the Supreme Court, which has a tradition of protecting Americans' freedom of speech. If the ban on TikTok is not stopped, by January 19, 2025, more than 170 million American users of TikTok in the United States and overseas will lose their opportunity to express themselves.'
