After the US Appeals Court rejected the temporary restraining order against TikTok, TikTok responded that it will submit to the Supreme Court.

On December 14, Jinshi Data reported that TikTok issued a statement regarding the rejection of TikTok's previous application for a temporary injunction by the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. The statement is as follows: 'As previously stated, we plan to submit this case to the Supreme Court, which has a tradition of protecting Americans' freedom of speech. If the ban on TikTok is not stopped, by January 19, 2025, more than 170 million American users of TikTok in the United States and overseas will lose their opportunity to express themselves.'
