On September 3, Jin10 reported that job vacancies in the U.S. fell to their lowest level in 10 months in July, further confirming trends shown by other data: amidst increasing policy uncertainty, demand for labor from businesses is gradually weakening. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported on Wednesday that the number of job vacancies was revised down from 7.36 million in June to 7.18 million in July. The median estimate from a survey of economists conducted by institutions was 7.38 million.
