1inch has opened its API infrastructure to AI agents via the 1inch MCP, enabling them to perform swaps, analyze portfolios, and interact with on-chain markets. The suite includes 15 APIs for data, trading, and execution, supporting goal-based agents and gasless transactions. Co-founder Sergej Kunz predicts that by 2030, agents will handle the majority of swaps and emphasizes that infrastructure choice is equally important as strategy.
