BlockBeats news, on September 23, according to official news, the Web3 mobile wallet Rainbow released an open letter regarding the acquisition proposal for Clanker, proposing to include CLANKER token holders in its broader plan to acquire Clanker. The Rainbow Foundation stated that if the acquisition of Clanker is successful, 4% of the total RNBW will be allocated to CLANKER token holders, accounting for about 20% of the circulating supply at the token generation event (TGE); Rainbow will manage 100% of the CLANKER tokens accumulated as liquidity provider (LP) fees since the launch of the Clanker token; after taking over Clanker, the Rainbow Foundation will help the community build the protocol into the largest launchpad platform on Ethereum.
