Golden Finance reported that Gavin Wood, the founder of Polkadot, responded to the Polkadot forum on whether to issue JAM Token, he said: I personally do not plan to issue new tokens based on the JAM protocol, and I do not think it is wise for Parity and Web3 Foundation to issue such tokens, of course, the leadership of these organizations can decide for themselves. I'm generally against actions that I don't think will bring real net benefit to Polkadot, but I do continue to explore ideas that could bring long-term value to Polkadot, sometimes involving new tokens, but these tokens are often symbiotic with DOT, rather than replacing it.
