New York Southern District Court Judge John Koeltl approved the request of US Attorney Damian Williams to cancel Roni Cohen-Pavon's sentencing hearing until after Alex Mashinsky's sentencing hearing, originally scheduled for April 2025, in a document filed with the court. Williams stated that the information provided by Cohen-Pavon "may be related to Mashinsky's sentencing hearing".
