BlockBeats news, on September 16th, encryption analyst PlanB posted on social media, saying, 'The market is still sideways, with a trading range around 60k, and I can get on board again. In addition, BTC is in a bull market, but the pump has not arrived yet. Miners are still dealing with the consequences of the halving. We need BTC price to double again to start the bull market.'
