On June 20, Jin10 reported that Baotailong announced that its controlling shareholder, Baotailong Group, would cumulatively increase its holdings of the company's shares by 10.0018 million shares through the Secondary Market via centralized Bidding from June 21, 2024, to June 20, 2025, accounting for 0.52% of the company's total share capital, with an increase amounting to 19.3844 million yuan, reaching 50% of the promised increase in quantity. Due to the tight funds caused by the company's main business losses in 2024, the controlling shareholder will extend the fulfillment period of the increase commitment by 6 months to December 21, 2025.
